  Dealing with Gabby was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had in a long time. Sure I showed up without the wrong documents, but when I asked what I needed, instead of helping me with suggestions, she asked me "what do you got" - then continued to make sure she did whatever she could to make me feel like an idiot. If she would have just helped me understand what I was missing, and been respectful - this would have been a much better situation. unprofessional, disrespectful and overall poor experience.

  This is for Tri-County Health Lone Tree (not DMV). I was directed here for my infant's immunizations after our insurance changed, but I will continue to come regardless of insurance! You are dealing with Immunization Nurses here--they know these vaccines backwards and forwards and can knowledgeably address any concerns you may have. I trust them and know they are using high quality vaccines and needles; they are gentle and also let you hold your baby while they're giving a shot rather than having to hold them down on a table (this made a big difference in my anxiety level!). I've had a number of unhurried, educational conversations with one of the exceptional nurses there (Kathleen) and their wonderful Immunization Coordinator (Karen). The receptionists are also very kind (I've honestly never experienced that in a medical office!). If you're looking for a high quality, more progressive vaccine experience this is a great place to go. Also good for people just trying to sift through all of the information that is out there!
