- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was very disappointed when I made a special trip to this Travelex location in the middle of the day, during business hours, and they were closed. Seriously? It wasn't even a holiday. If it says you're open on Google Maps, and the international customer service number says you should be open, then what gives? They had a closed sign posted, with a reopening more than an hour after I arrived. In the time it took to call the Travelex further north, drive there, get my currency exchanged, and get home - this kiosk still wouldn't have reopened. If you close in the middle of the day for lunch or something, shouldn't you note that in Google so that your customers can plan ahead?
